Now as a recording/performing artist on one hand you have to be & believe in the persona you created & on the other hand you have to know within yourself where the persona came from, always keeping in mind the persona is not real. There are several steps you have to take to be a real artist, I have noticed some artist seem to know this naturally & most have to go through difficulty, karma, universal laws, cause & effect whatever you want to call it.
